Tradition and flavours in a unique setting

The Brasserie

Nestled on the authentic site of the former monks’ brewery of Cambron, founded in 1775, the Brasserie invites you on a true journey through time. Carefully reconstructed using materials recovered during archaeological investigations, it is the result of a unique heritage project, where every stone tells a story.

This historic setting exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by the colourful frescoes of artist Alexandre Obelensky. These works pay subtle homage to the estate’s rich history, offering an artistic experience that perfectly complements the culinary journey.

Outside, a spacious terrace overlooking the Dender lets you linger a little longer, surrounded by nature where heritage and relaxation meet.

Traditional dishes, artisanal beers

At the Brasserie, traditional cuisine takes centre stage, with a focus on generous, emblematic dishes from the region. Freshly prepared filet américain and a perfectly grilled sirloin steak… Delicious, simple recipes carefully crafted.

And there’s more: during your meal, you can watch the brewing process of Cambron beer, produced right next to the brasserie using traditional methods. Three different types are available: a light blonde, a full-bodied brown, and a smooth, fruity cherry beer.
