Pairi Daiza is located at the following address: Domaine de Cambron 1, 7940 Brugelette.

If you visit us by car and you have GPS, you can encode the address “Le Domaine 1 – 7940 Brugelette” or “Rue de l’Abbaye – 7940 Brugelette”.

Access to the Park is signposted from the highways.

Pairi Daiza is close to Cambron-Casteau train station, on the Ath-Mons line.

There is a 900-metre pedestrian path which brings you to the Park.

There are no means of transportation between the train station and Pairi Daiza.

 

SNCB/NMBS offers combined “Train + Admission to Pairi Daiza” excursions: Discovery tickets.

Yes, the SNCB offers you a 50% discount on the round-trip train journey.

The Discovery ticket is valid between all Belgian stations and Pairi Daiza (Cambron Station).

In concrete terms, after purchasing your entrance ticket for Pairi Daiza on our website, you will receive a “Unique SNCB Code” by email. This code will allow you to benefit from the discount for the train journey on the SNCB website.

A chargeable car park is available (11 euros).

Yes. Equipped with solar panels, the parking areas at Pairi Daiza have charging points with a power of 11 kW. These are located exclusively in Parking 2 (for day visitors) and Parking 3 (for guests staying in the Park). A personal charging cable is required to use these charging points.

These charging points accept almost all charging cards in circulation in Europe. If your card is not accepted or if you do not have a charging card, you can download an app that allows payment by credit card.

The price for your charging session, provided here as an indication and subject to change, is €0.10 (fixed fee) and €0.67 per kWh.

You are allowed to stay for one night in the Pairi Daiza car park.

The parking ticket (11 euros) should then be purchased on the second day of your visit, and this will allow you to exit the car park. There is no access to water or electricity in the car park.

Of course. The Park’s toilets are all equipped with changing tables.

 

And in each of our catering points we make microwaves available to parents.

Yes, Pairi Daiza is steadily working to further improve comfort for wheelchair users.

At the Mobility Aid of Pairi Daiza, wheelchairs are provided free of charge, subject to availability and with reservation at least three days before your visit.

We also offer electric scooters for rent at 25 euros per day (a copy of your identity card will be requested on site, along with a deposit of 200 euros).

Only four locations or activities are not accessible for strollers and wheelchairs: the “hanging bridges”, the “Cabinet of Dr. Yu”, the “House of the Craftsman”, and the “Crypt”.

For safety reasons and in order not to disturb our visitors, bicycles and scooters are not allowed.

Entrance tickets

You can buy your entrance tickets on our website.

Tickets bought on the internet should be displayed on your smartphone.

Yes. You can “convert” your entrance ticket (purchased online or at the Garden’s ticket offices) into a Membership Card valid for 365 days from the 1st day of your visit*. You will only pay the price difference between the Membership Card and your ticket.

Please note, converting your ticket into a Membership Card is only possible on the same day of your visit, by presenting yourself at the House of Fire (point M on the map or at the Reception if it is closed). Each recipient of a Membership Card supplement must personally present themselves at the counter.

Membership

You can buy your membership card on our website or at cashier desks on the day of your visit.

When you renew your membership card,  your existing card is automatically reactivated when your payment has been accepted.

For new subscriptions, the membership card is sent within six business days of your purchase (ten days if the recipient’s address is outside Belgium).

Yes.

You will have to upload it yourself when buying via the internet. This has to a personal photo of you, front-on view.

At the ticket desk we upload your photo from your identity card or, failing that, we take your photo on the spot.

The membership card provides access to Pairi Daiza for 365 days from the date of purchase.

When you subscribe to a membership card online, a “provisional ticket” is attached to the confirmation email that you will receive upon acceptance of your payment.

It is possible to visit Pairi Daiza by presenting this “provisional ticket” (printed on A4 paper or displayed on your smartphone) at the reception desk.

A “Parking” subscription is available for the single price of 34 euros.

The parking subscription allows only one entry and exit per day to the Pairi Daiza car park.

The Pairi Daiza Membership Card allows you to access the Park at your own pace for 365 days*! It also provides discounts on the entrance fees of partner parks, as well as discounts in our shops, for the steam train ride, and on your stays.

*Excluding closing periods

Please note, for stays, the discount is only valid when one adult subscriber stays per accommodation.

If you have mislaid your season pass, you can go to the Pairi Daiza reception, where a duplicate will be printed for you.

You will be asked to pay 5 euros to cover the printing of your new card.

Payment methods inside Pairi Daiza

We accept cash and the following cards: Visa, Credit cards, Carte bleue française internationale (via Visa), Bancontact/Mister Cash.

For technical reasons beyond our control, certain ‘new generation’ cards issued by luncheon voucher companies are temporarily not accepted on the payment terminals.

Denominations of 200 and 500 euros are only accepted at the reception desk.

Sodexo and Edenred “Sports and Culture” vouchers and French ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted for the purchase of entry tickets or membership cards, only at Pairi Daiza cashier desks.

No, Lunch Passes are not accepted in the different restaurants.

Staying overnight

Yes, it is possible to spend the night in Pairi Daiza. The Resort offers various types of accommodation in proximity of the animals.

Lost items and left-luggage storage

“Lost” items found by the Pairi Daiza teams are kept at the Mobility Aid, where they are available for collection for one month.

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

Carts can be rented for €6/day and pushchairs are also available for €8/day at Mobility Aid. A deposit of 10€ is required as a guarantee.

Regulations and Security

Yes. However any photos taken during your visit within the grounds of Pairi Daiza must only be used within the immediate family circle.

Pairi Daiza is a private domain, and any commercial or professional use of photos taken in Pairi Daiza must be subject to prior written request and approval.

Selfie sticks are not allowed.

Yes. Pairi Daiza offers free admission for newlyweds (in their wedding clothes) to the Jardin des Mondes along with a maximum of three companions, for up to two hours maximum.

These photo sessions must be arranged to take place after 2 p.m., and must be booked at our reception desk.

People who have a Membership Card cannot use it for the purposes of wedding photos.

Yes. For security reasons, Pairi Daiza reserves the right to inspect, either visually or using specific equipment (e.g. metal detectors), clothing and personal effects at the entrance and within the grounds of the Park.

In particular, it is forbidden to bring into Pairi Daiza any illegal substances, dangerous substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, dangerous objects (including any type of offensive weapon, of whatever category) and any type of object or toy which may resemble a firearm, which might endanger the safety of visitors.

Starting from 16/09/24, in accordance with Belgian legislation and to protect the health of all visitors, smoking is prohibited throughout the park, except in designated smoking areas clearly indicated on the map. The law defines smoking as not only the use of tobacco but also products like electronic cigarettes, which are subject to the same rules as traditional cigarettes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping the park healthy and pleasant for everyone.

Animal Hospitality

The Pairi Daiza Foundation, which specialises in looking after reptiles, has a centre in Pairi Daiza. How to entrust animals to us?

The refuge only welcomes reptiles and amphibians. Before you can entrust an animal to us, please contact us by e-mail : [email protected]

We will take note of your request and send you an e-mail with the practical details for receiving the animals.

Pairi Daiza can only accept reptiles, and no other animals.

The nearest first-line CREAVES to Pairi Daiza are:

CREAVES Geraldine’s Heaven

Géraldine’s Heaven does not directly accept animals entrusted by the public but rather those brought in by other centers. It is a second-line center, a medical support center for other centers that have taken in injured wild animals found in nature or those in need of long-term nursing and hospitalization.

In 2022, a large quota of places was made available for Ukrainian families. This quota has already been reached and there are no more places available.
