We had a fantastic time in your beautiful park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Staying at Full Moon Lodge was a real treat, everything and anything is provided.

Everything was great! All the staff were cheerful and friendly, helpful and attentive! Perfect accommodation and welcome. The restaurant and buffet were delicious and well stocked. Truly an experience not to be forgotten!

It was an incredible experience. Your team did everything possible to ensure that we had a pleasant stay: luggage storage, little touches in the rooms (tea, coffee, biscuits, water, pet seeds). The fact that we had access to the Park in the evening was also a great advantage. The Mokki and Izba were also very good and the staff very friendly and caring. I think we’ll be coming back in a few years’ time as we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you again.

We had a very pleasant stay and will certainly return in the future. The service was excellent and we were particularly impressed with the care and kindness of the staff.
We arrived late for dinner but the staff went out of their way to prepare and serve an incredible meal in our room. Truly exceptional service!

This stay far exceeded our expectations! The room was magnificent and the children couldn’t believe there was a polar bear right outside our room! The zoo is incredible, with surprises around every corner. We were amazed the whole time. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. We can’t wait to come back, and want to stay longer next time! Thank you all for giving my family and I this magical experience.

At the end of our stay, we had nothing but positive things to say. Satisfied day and night, no down time. I’d also like to single out the restaurant. We were lucky enough to enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet for dinner and breakfast at the izba. The accommodation was beautiful and we had the unexpected surprise of receiving a birthday present in our room. Absolutely unforgettable and wonderful memories that will stay with us forever.
