Booking a stay using a gift voucher can be done in 3 ways:
• Via the website (on the final booking page in the “promo code” field)

The booking must be made before the voucher’s expiry date, but the actual stay can take place later.
No, Pairi Daiza Resort gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or extended.
We can create gift vouchers to offer to someone of your choice.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of your order. This means the recipient has 12 months to book their visit to Pairi Daiza Resort. Of course, they may choose a stay date after the voucher expiry, depending on availability.
You may set the value of the voucher, with a minimum of €100.
How to purchase a Pairi Daiza Resort gift voucher?
• Via the website: https://resort.pairidaiza.eu/static/gift-voucher
• By email: we will need the following information:
o First and last name, full address, phone number and email (address to send the voucher) of the purchaser
o Desired voucher amount (minimum €100) – Name and surname of the recipient
o Message: if you’d like to add a short note, we can include it on the voucher (e.g., Happy Birthday, Happy Honeymoon…)
In both cases, the gift voucher will be sent by email.
• If purchased online, you’ll receive it within 10–15 minutes.
• If purchased by email, allow up to 5 business days to create the voucher and receive the payment.

Here are the modification conditions:
- More than 30 days before the start of the stay: modifications are possible with administrative fees. If the total price stays the same or decreases, we apply a €50 fee. If the price increases, no fee will be added.
- Less than 30 days before the stay: date changes are no longer possible.
Note: you can always change the names of the participant.

As long as the accommodation allows it, this is possible with an additional fee. Please provide the full name and birthdate of the new participant no later than 24h before arrival.
When booking, you had the option to take out cancellation insurance via our partner “Claims Protections”.
With this insurance, you are reimbursed in full, provided the reason is valid and approved by the insurer.
If you want to cancel and did not take out insurance*:
• More than 45 days before arrival: the 30% deposit will be charged and not refunded
• Less than 45 days before arrival: the full amount will be charged and not refunded
*Without cancellation insurance, no refunds or commercial gestures can be requested, regardless of the reason. The full stay amount is due or retained. Insurance must be purchased within 24h of booking confirmation.

No, consumption vouchers / Pass Wallonia / ANCV holiday vouchers are not accepted for Resort bookings.
Yes, paying in several installments is possible, under the following conditions:
• A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking
• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the start of the stay
• It is not possible to pay at check-in
• Access to the Park for the entire duration of the stay, from the day of arrival to the day of departure (with privileged access from 9:00 AM – one hour before daily visitors)
• Extended access to the areas The Last Frontier, The Land of Cold and Cambron l’Abbaye outside of standard park hours
• Luggage service on arrival and departure
• Parking reserved for Resort guests
• Free WiFi throughout your stay
• An American-style breakfast per night stayed
• One dinner (excluding drinks) at the Octopus, the Izba or Mökki per night stayed
• In-room courtesy tray (tea, coffee)

Please follow the steps below to transfer your paid day tickets into a Resort stay:

First, you must book a complete Resort stay.

Then, send us a request by email at [email protected] with a photo of the tickets to be transferred.

Once the transfer is processed, we will load the total value of the day tickets onto a gift card, which you’ll receive upon check-in. You may use this gift card at any food or gift point throughout the park.
Please note that the value will not be deducted from the stay price but will be transferred to the gift card. To ensure proper preparation, please send your transfer request at least one week before your stay begins.
No, children under 3 stay for free.
However, for safety, insurance, and organizational reasons, they are counted in the total number of participants (but no charges apply to them).
Yes, the following adapted room types are available:
• Paddling Bear: two double rooms with panoramic view of the Steller sea lion pool (max. 2 adults, 1 child aged 3–11, and 1 baby under 3)
• The Tiger House: a double room with PRM access and head-to-head view of the Siberian tigers (max. 3 people and 1 baby under 3)
• The White Bear House: a double PRM room with head-to-head view and an upper-floor room with plunging view of the polar bear (max. 3 people and 1 baby under 3)
• The Farmhouse Lodge: a double PRM room with head-to-head view of the farm animals (max. 2 adults, 1 child aged 3–11, and 1 baby under 3)
All buildings with PRM rooms are equipped with elevators to facilitate access for wheelchair users and electric mobility scooters.
The room with limited view of the polar bear is located at the far-left side of the building. A section of the pool wall extends on the left side. Instead of a 180° head-to-head view, you have a 100–120° angle.
The limited view room in the Paddling Bear area is in the corner on the 1st floor of the building. It offers a 90° view, facing the start of the sea lion pool.
Preparing your stay
You must have your voucher with the parking QR code (digital or printed) to scan at the Parking 3 – Resort barrier. At check-in, we may also ask for an ID if the police form hasn’t been filled in.
We remind you that during your stay in Belgium, you must be able to prove your identity and right to stay at any time. Always keep your ID and residence documents on you to be able to prove, if needed, your identity and right to stay in Belgium (e.g. in case of police control or when boarding a flight).
No, but during the reservation process you must select the restaurant where you want to dine. This selection acts as your reservation. You can arrive at the restaurant anytime between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
Yes, no voucher is needed for the half-board option and none will be requested at check-in.
Yes, dinner (excluding drinks – water is provided) and breakfast are included per night stayed.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, starting only from the second day of your stay (following the first night). No breakfast is served on your day of arrival.
For dinner, if you’re staying in The Last Frontier, you can choose between:
- The Octopus offers 3-course buffet (choice of 3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts). This flexible buffet adapts to your timing, offering quick or relaxed meals.
- The Mökki offers a 3-course meal served at the table. Choose from meat, fish, or vegetarian for each course. Children get a tailored gourmet menu. Allow 1.5 hours at the table.
- If you’re staying in The Land of Cold or Farmhouse Lodge, you can choose between:
The Izba offers a 3-course buffet menu (choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts). L’Izba’s buffet formula can be adapted to suit your schedule, so you can enjoy a quick meal or a more relaxed one. - The Mökki offers a 3-course meal served at the table. Choose from meat, fish, or vegetarian for each course. Children get a tailored gourmet menu. Allow 1.5 hours at the table.

All our restaurants adapt to allergies, intolerances, or specific diets.
Yes, Pairi Daiza Resort provides everything for your comfort.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made and bath linens prepared: one small towel, one large towel, and one face cloth per person, plus the necessary bath mats.
The bathroom also includes soap, shampoo, hygiene essentials, and a hairdryer.
All rooms and suites have a minibar, coffee machine, kettle, safe, and TV.
The Full Moon Lodges, Native Houses, and Paddling Bear Lodges also have a kitchenette (no stove), sink, microwave, dish towels, washing-up products and dishes, plus a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, sauna, and Italian shower.
Yes, we provide baby equipment on request: crib, baby bath, rocker, potty, high chair, bed rail, and stair gate.

The wellness area is only accessible to persons over 16 years old.
Please note that no childcare is provided or possible during your stay.
Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory (shorts or swim briefs for men and one-piece or bikini for women), as well as non-slip footwear (flip-flops, sandals, etc., are accepted).
If you do not have your swimsuit and/or non-slip shoes, these items will be available for purchase on-site at the wellness area.
If you wish to book a wellness session for the last day of your stay, please note that the only available time slot is 3:30 PM.

You will receive your steam train tickets at the Resort reception during check-in.
The tickets are valid for one train ride during your stay (non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and valid until the end of the current season).

Carts and strollers cannot be reserved in advance. You must go in person to the Mobility Aid service at the main entrance of the park.
No, pets are not allowed in the accommodations or in the park.
Visitors coming with a guide dog must notify us at least 5 days in advance via email at [email protected] and inform the Mobility Aid service at +32 68 25 08 48 no later than 48 hours before arrival.
Upon arrival at Pairi Daiza, please present yourself at the Resort reception with the guide dog and its vaccination booklet. We will verify the booklet and the certificate proving it is an officially recognized guide dog.
We also require that the dog be clearly visible in the park and wear a reflective vest (to alert both visitors and staff to the presence of the guide dog).
You will receive a special map and we will explain the zones where access is restricted (e.g., pandas, big cats, aviaries, etc.).
Guide dogs are allowed in all accommodations except those in the mini-farm.
Emotional support dogs are also accepted provided you can present a valid medical certificate and official documentation confirming their status.
Yes, all rooms have both heating and air conditioning.
Yes, it is available for download from the Play Store and is called “Pairi Daiza”.
No, no wheeled objects are allowed inside the Resort or the park.
It is forbidden to bring into the Park and Resort:
• Balloons
• Wheeled vehicles (e.g., bikes, scooters, roller skates)
• Illegal or dangerous substances
• Alcoholic beverages
• Glass bottles
• Any object that could pose a threat to the safety or peace of other visitors or the animals
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire park and all accommodations.
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside all accommodations.
A cleaning fee may be charged if this rule is violated.
In line with Belgian law and to protect everyone’s health, smoking is also strictly forbidden throughout the park, except in designated smoking areas. These are clearly marked on the park map. Discover the map here.
Under the law, “smoking” includes tobacco and tobacco-based or similar products.
This means electronic cigarettes are subject to the same rules as regular cigarettes.
DURING YOUR STAY
Check-in is possible from 8:30 AM and the park opens at 9:00 AM for Resort guests.
Go to the Resort reception with your closed luggage to receive your park access wristbands and all useful information for your stay.
We will take care of your luggage, which will be transported to your room by 3:00 PM, so you can make the most of your day.
In case of late arrival after 4:00 PM, please contact us at +32 (0) 493 27 48 33.
Access to the Resort is available 24/7.
If you’re arriving by car, park in Parking 3 “Hotel” (follow the signs “Pairi Daiza Parking Hotels”).
Your booking confirmation includes a barcode to scan at the barrier.
If you are arriving in several cars, the same QR code can be used by all people listed in the reservation. It is absolutely possible to arrive separately.
Each guest must check in individually at reception.
PMR parking spots are also available at the start of Parking 3, near the main entrance.
We only accept fully closed luggage (e.g. suitcases, zipped bags). Open or semi-open bags (e.g. only closed with a knot) will not be delivered to your room and must be collected by the guest from reception.
Please note:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings (phones, valuables, fragile items, etc.). In case of damage, loss, or theft, we cannot be held liable.
We advise you to take all necessary precautions and inform the reception upon arrival about any valuables.
It’s recommended not to bring too much luggage. For a more pleasant and convenient experience, travel light to move more easily and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on departure day. You may leave your packed and closed luggage in your room; our team will collect it and bring it back to the Resort reception. It will be available for pick-up from 2:00 PM.
If you plan to leave earlier (before 2:00 PM), please inform the reception of your expected departure time at check-in.
Pairi Daiza car parks are equipped with photovoltaic panels and charging stations with a power of 11 kW.
They are located in Parking 3 – Hotel. You must bring your own charging cable.
The stations accept nearly all charging cards used in Europe.
If yours isn’t accepted or you don’t have one, you can download an app to pay by credit card.
It is not possible to reserve a charging station in advance.
It is not possible to request early check-in or late check-out in advance.
However, you can ask at reception upon arrival, where the team will check availability and the day’s schedule. This service comes with an extra fee (€18/hour or €30/hour depending on the type of accommodation).

The SNCB discount is not valid for Resort stays (it only applies to day tickets).
The barrier of Parking 3 has a maximum height of 2.40 m.
If your vehicle exceeds this height, you can park in Parking P1, located just a few meters further. The barrier will open automatically when you enter. Don’t forget to ask for a parking ticket at reception during check-out.
Note: there is no access to water or electricity in the parking area.
Yes, for Resort guests, evening and night access is allowed in the Last Frontier, the land of cold and Cambron Abbey. Please respect the peace of other guests and the animals. The rest of Pairi Daiza is closed after the park’s regular hours. Animal enclosures are not lit at night — only the paths are illuminated.
Yes, you are free to leave the park until closing time.
After that, re-entry must be arranged with the reception during check-in or by calling +32 (0) 493 27 48 33.
Animals follow their own natural rhythm and daily cycle, just like in the wild. It is completely normal that at certain times, they may choose to stay out of sight. We therefore cannot guarantee their presence in front of the accommodation windows at any time. These conditions are part of the responsible and natural operation of the Park and Resort, and do not entitle guests to any form of compensation.
No, feeding the animals is strictly forbidden.
It may disrupt their natural behavior and cause harmful consequences to their health.
Please respect this rule for the well-being of the animals.

No, there is no childcare or babysitting service available at the Resort.
No, restaurants open for lunch do not accept reservations.
You simply need to show up directly at the location of your choice.
Yes, picnics are allowed in the park, there are several designated picnic areas spread throughout the park. However, glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited, please respect the cleanliness of the surroundings.
AFTER THE STAY
If your stay has not yet taken place, a pro forma invoice can be sent upon request.
The final invoice will be issued after your stay has ended.
To receive it, you can request it at check-out at the reception by providing the following information: first and last name (or company name), personal or business address, VAT number (if applicable), your booking reference number
