One of the few zoos that seems to have managed to balance the absolute welfare of the animals with the best visitor experience. Prices of food, and even the gift shops are not excessive, and there is plenty of choice.

Absolutely amazing day out, wheelchair accessible.
Edenya was incredible, our favourite area, it’s huge in there, we loved the alligators, its not too hot in there either really, only as you go higher onto the walkways but heat rises ,so thats when you’ll want to take a layer off, we had a visit from a squirrel monkey searching us for food ,which was funny, jumped onto my husbands shoulder and then searched my sons pockets and my wheelchair ,a member of staff was very attentive at this part for the safety of the animal and the visitors, the whole place has lots of character and was our favourite part, well worth booking it with your tickets!
We can’t wait to return, we stayed 20 mins away in Mons, but want to stay here next time if money allows.
Amazing place !
