• Day visitors: The fee for this specific ticket is €7 per person per visit (flat rate).

• Pairi Daiza Members: The fee for this specific ticket is €5 per Member per visit (preferential rate).

• Guests of the Pairi Daiza Resort: Access to Edenya is included in the price of the stay and applies for the entire duration of the stay.

Booking a prior entry time slot is mandatory for all visitors (day visitors and Members). This booking can be made via the Pairi Daiza website or at the park’s ticket office, subject to availability.

This requirement is a decision by Pairi Daiza. Edenya is an indoor space with deliberately limited capacity to ensure the well-being of the animals and plants, while providing visitors with a calm and optimal experience.

By making booking mandatory with a specific fee, we can guarantee that all visitors and Members who have purchased an Edenya ticket will have access to the tropical greenhouse under good visiting conditions.

Yes.
The capacity of Edenya has been deliberately limited by Pairi Daiza to ensure an optimal visitor experience and the well-being of the species living in the greenhouse. The number of Edenya tickets available each day is therefore limited.

Yes.
When purchasing your Edenya entrance ticket, you will be asked to choose an entry time slot for the greenhouse. We kindly ask you to respect this time slot to ensure your access to Edenya.

No.
Your Edenya entrance ticket shows the entry time to the greenhouse, which you selected at the time of purchase, subject to availability.
There is no mandatory exit time. Once you have entered Edenya, you may stay until the park closes.
However, any exit from Edenya is final.

When purchasing your Pairi Daiza admission ticket on our website, you will have the option to also buy an Edenya ticket for €7. You will be asked to choose an entry time slot for the tropical greenhouse. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive by email both your Pairi Daiza admission ticket and your Edenya entrance ticket.

You can also purchase Edenya tickets at the Pairi Daiza ticket offices on the day of your visit, subject to availability.

Please note: since Edenya’s capacity is deliberately controlled, the number of entrance tickets for the tropical greenhouse is limited. Purchases are only possible while availability lasts.

Your Membership Card gives you access to Pairi Daiza for 365 days.

If you wish to purchase an Edenya ticket, you can do so on the Pairi Daiza website for a flat rate of €5. Please remember to bring your Membership Card; your Membership Card number (0391 000 …) will be required to select the date of your visit and your entry time slot for the greenhouse. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive your Edenya entrance ticket by email. Upon entering Edenya, your Membership Card will be required in addition to your Edenya ticket.

You can also purchase Edenya tickets at the Pairi Daiza ticket offices on the day of your visit.

Please note: since Edenya’s capacity is deliberately controlled, the number of entrance tickets for the tropical greenhouse is limited. Purchases are only possible while availability lasts.

Children under 3 years old, who enter Pairi Daiza for free, do not need an Edenya entrance ticket. No entry time reservation is required for them either.

From January 26, 2026, until January 26, 2027, Pairi Daiza Members who renew their Membership Card before its expiration date will receive a code for a free entrance to Edenya. This code is sent to you by email upon renewing your Membership Card. You can convert it into an Edenya entrance ticket on our website, subject to availability. This one-time entrance must be used during the validity period of the Membership Card.

Members who renewed their Membership Card before January 26, 2026, did not receive this free entrance to Edenya. However, they were able to renew their Pairi Daiza Membership Card at a more advantageous price.

The changes remain limited:

• Membership Card: The price of the Membership Card has increased by €10. However, as Pairi Daiza no longer closes in January/February, its validity now extends to 365 days—35 days longer than before. It also provides discounts on Edenya entrance tickets.

• Day Visitor Tickets: The price remains unchanged for nearly a third of the year (125 days). For other periods, the increase is limited, ranging from €3 to €5.

• New – “Heart Days”: Pairi Daiza now offers 12 “Heart Days” throughout the year; on these days, the entrance fee for individual visitors is set at €25 (flat rate). This ticket does not include access to Edenya. Booking a time slot is mandatory, with an additional fee, to access this new world.
  Does not apply to groups or events.

Yes. Edenya is open during the same hours as Pairi Daiza (see our opening hours).

Guests staying at the Pairi Daiza Resort have 24-hour access to Edenya for the entire duration of their stay, without a reservation.

The entrance to Edenya is located between the Cathédrale aviary and Tropicalia, opposite the red pandas.
The route is indicated:

The reserved time slot guarantees your entry, but you may stay as long as you like, until the park closes.

No specific route is required. However, a “recommended” path is suggested on the park map and within the greenhouse so that you can enjoy the widest variety of wonders present in the greenhouse.

Restroom facilities are available inside Edenya and are indicated on the park map and in the Pairi Daiza app.

More than 200 animal species will be present in Edenya. At the time of the pre-opening on February 7, 2026, some species will not yet have fully settled into their new territory, including manatees and certain species of fish.

Our priority has always been, and will always be, the well-being of the animals. Just like other species in the park, all animals have the freedom to hide from visitors if they wish and to move between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Yes, facilities are provided near the restrooms.
Changing tables are available, and some quiet areas allow for breastfeeding or resting for the little ones.

Yes, key-operated lockers are available at the entrance of Edenya, though in limited numbers. These lockers are emptied daily.

Yes. Several dining points are available. Please note that the underwater restaurant The Abyss will open at a later date. Opening hours can be viewed via the Pairi Daiza app.

Attention: For the well-being of the animals, eating and drinking are prohibited in certain areas of Edenya. Please respect the signs posted at the entrances to the habitats of our protected animals.

To preserve cleanliness, the animals and the vegetation, picnicking is not permitted in Edenya.

Yes.
A microwave is available inside the greenhouse.

Yes.
The temperature is mild and stable, and the areas are safe.
Children nevertheless remain under the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

Yes.
Edenya has been designed and built to be accessible to people with reduced mobility and to parents with strollers. Only a few paths are inaccessible to them.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in Edenya. However, two designated smoking areas outside the covered zone are available for your use.
