The Brown-headed Spider Monkey

Brown-headed spider monkeys rarely descend to the ground and spend most of their time in trees. Capable of making leaps of up to 9 meters, they use their hands and feet as well as their long prehensile tail to move from branch to branch. Spider monkeys also play an important role in seed dispersal in the forests where they live.
