The Garden of the Five Wonders, where Beauty awakens Love

The Place, the true hero.
The Place is Everything.
Its space once sheltered the dream of the Cistercians for seven centuries.

Nearly two hundred years later, its energy — represented by a green stole — sets-out to meet a young child, to inspire him and to invite him to create, within this location  the Garden of the Five Wonders.
Since then, this energy has inspired and nourished every being treading its soil, so that beauty and goodness may radiate once more.

1148 – The First Dream or the Quest for God
The Abbey of Cambron comes to life.
Cistercian monks live there for seven centuries.
The Abbey witnesses glorious and tragic moments — attacks and fires.
In 1789, Joseph II decrees its suppression. The monks are expelled.

Silence falls. Emptiness reigns.
The ruins of the Abbey stand as symbols of a dead dream.
At the heart of the void, the Tower remains — witness of the past.

Alone, the green stole continues its journey.
The eternal energy of the Place moves slowly toward the Being who will elevate it and restore its life.

The Second Dream – Pairi Daiza, The Garden of the Five Wonders

1970 – The Dream of a Child
A majestic rock crystal appears within the Tower.
Transparent and pure, this immortal stone — one of the oldest on Earth — has witnessed all ages.

The green stole approaches a young child and wraps itself around him, inspiring and guiding him toward the Place.
It seems the Place calls him, opens, and carries his imagination deep into the Earth, where countless crystals appear to inspire him. These gemstones represent one of the Five Wonders.

The final crystal, a rose quartz, connects the child’s heart to that of the Place.
They are now bound — beyond time and space.
The boy contemplates the miracle of creation, and even the survival of Life itself.
He grows, still bearing the stole.
The energy leads him to the Place where he will fulfil his dream:
to share with the world the Wonders of the World, so that humankind may remember, at last, that every person is a Wonder too — one heart within all the that’s living .
He will accomplish the most beautiful of missions: to awaken Kindness, the True Nature of Being.

1992 – The Dream Becomes Reality
The hum of an old biplane cuts through centuries of silence.
It descends gently and lands upon forgotten lands.
A man steps out — he wears a green stole.

The child has become a man.
Water jug  in hand, he walks toward the Place to bring it back to life.

From there, the Wonders are born.

First Wonder: Trees and Gardens
A great malachite appears within the heart of the ruined Tower.
Deep green, it symbolises growth, regeneration, and vegetal protection.
The man waters it, and, as if by magic, lush vegetation unfolds.
The Tower becomes covered with greenery, clouds of birds colour the sky.

Second Wonder: The Animals
A vast agate appears.
With its unique swirling patterns, it evokes the diversity of animal species — each one unique and precious.
It symbolises protection, stability, and above all, the deep connection between all living beings and nature.

The man touches it.
From his gesture arises a rainbow encircling the Tower — a sacred passage inviting every living creature to enter a realm of peace, gentleness, and hope.
A procession of animals from every corner of the world moves toward the Kingdom of the Five Wonders.

The Tower becomes a luminous gateway.
Within, keepers, veterinarians, and collaborators appear.
Through calm and caring gestures, they welcome, protect, and accompany Life.

Third Wonder: Human Creations
A massive sapphire emerges.
Of deep blue, it symbolises purity, wisdom, and inner knowledge.
A stone of discernment and truth, it enlightens human thought and connects creation to consciousness.
Likewise, the man touches it, and thus begins the journey through the nine worlds of the Park.
Architectures, sculptures, decorations, music, and stories unfold — interwoven with light and symbols.

Fifth Wonder: The Being
The rose quartz transforms into immense hearts.
Stone of the heart, it embodies tenderness and compassion for oneself, others, and nature.
These hearts reveal scenes of gentleness and wonder:
visitors caressing animals, sharing the joy, peace, and love of the Place.

The energy of the Place envelops and unites them.
They all wear the same green stole.
Among them stands the man with the green stole.
They too sow Love, merging together, united by the energy of the Place.
Great lights shine beyond their union.

We are One Heart.
