How do I book?

2023 Pairi Daiza Membership Card

If you are a 2023 Pairi Daiza Member, you will receive a 10% discount on the price of accommodation*. To get this discount, we invite you to book directly :

  • on the website: resort.pairidaiza.eu
  • by telephone on +32 (0)68 250 850, Monday – Friday: 9.00 - 13.30 and 14.30 – 17.00.

*Your 10% discount will be refunded to you within a few days after receiving your payment. Please note: this 10% discount is only valid when an adult with a Membership Card stays in the accommodation.

Please note: To validate this discount, do not forget to specify in the comments the full name(s) of the subscribers staying, as illustrated.

Valid on stays between February 10, 2024 and January 5, 2025. The 10% discount is only valid for paying members.

Our prices vary according to the period chosen, the type of accommodation and the number of people. To view the rates just go to resort.pairidaiza.eu

Where should we go upon arrival?

Follow the sign for “Hotel” when you arrive in the vicinity of the Pairi Daiza Park. From the private car park, follow the directions guiding you to the reception. You should go to the Resort reception with your luggage.

Do I bring my own bed linen and towels?

For your own comfort, bed linen and towels are provided by the Pairi Daiza Resort. When you arrive at your accommodation, the beds will be made and bath towels will be put in your room for the right number of people: a large towel, a small towel and a face towel per person and the required number of bath mats. We also provide soap, shampoo and a range of care products.

Is the entrance to the park included in the rate?

Yes, entry to the park is included from the day of your arrival at the Resort to the day of your departure inclusive What time can we arrive at the Resort reception? Our teams will be available to welcome you from 08:30 am.

What time will the room be available?

Your room will be ready for you from 15:00h. However before then you can use the time to enjoy a visit to the Park, without having to worry about your luggage.

What should we do if we arrive late?

If you arrive late and after the park’s closing time, please contact us on +32(0)493 27 48 33. Access to the Resort is available 24 hours a day.

What time must the room be vacated on the day of departure?

The room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Does the package price include evening meals and breakfast?

Yes, the evening meal (drinks not included - water available) and breakfast are included. Breakfast is included and is served from 7.00am to 9.30am.

For the evening meal, if you are staying in "The Last Frontier", you can choose between :

  • The Octopus: The evening meal at the Octopus is a 3-course buffet menu. Our wide range of starters, main courses and desserts will delight young and old (arriving between 6pm and 8.30pm). L'Octopus's all-you-can-eat buffet can be adapted to suit your schedule, so you can enjoy a quick meal or a more relaxed one.
  • Le Mökki: The evening meal at Le Mökki is served at the table. Mise en bouche, starter, main course and dessert for adults and a small buffet for children. You should arrive between 6pm and 8.30pm. For table service at the Mökki, allow 1h30 at the table.

If you are staying in "The Land of Cold", you can choose between :

  • L'Izba: The evening menu at L'Izba is a 3-course buffet menu. Our wide range of starters, main courses and desserts will delight young and old (arrival between 6pm and 8.30pm). L'Izba's all-you-can-eat buffet can be adapted to suit your schedule, so you can enjoy a quick meal or a more relaxed one.
  • Le Mökki: The evening meal at Le Mökki is served at the table. Mise en bouche, starter, main course and dessert for adults and a small buffet for children. You should arrive between 6pm and 8.30pm. For the table service formula at Le Mökki, allow 1h30 at the table.

What time can we visit the park in the morning?

The Pairi Daiza Park opens its doors to the general public from 10:00 in the morning. Preferential access to the entire Park is offered to Resort residents from 09:00 (using the provided access bracelet).

What happens with our luggage?

A left-luggage storage facility is available for our customers. Assistance will be provided with luggage from the reception and also from the accommodation on the day of departure. Customers should not have to worry about being inconvenienced by luggage during their visit to the Park. They will be taken care of from the accommodation to the teepees on the day of departure. Please note that only closed luggage will be accepted.

How far is it from the Resort accommodation to the Pairi Daiza animal park?

All of the Resort's accommodation facilities are an integral part of the Pairi Daiza park. Your accommodation is right in the heart of the park and very close to the animals and gardens of Pairi Daiza.

Do we need to bring sheets or a sleeping bag to stay in the Native House or the Full Moon Lodge?

No, the Full Moon lodges and Native House are equipped with sheets and duvets and also have a stand-alone heating system

Are there the necessary facilities for a baby?

Yes, a range of the necessary facilities is available (bed, bath, pram, potty, high chair), upon request at Pairi Daiza RESORT reception.

Do mobile phones work in the Native House and Full Moon Lodge ?

Yes. You also have a telephone which you can use to contact the RESORT reception at any time.

Do all rooms have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi connections are available throughout the entire Park and in the accommodation, free of charge.

Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?

The RESORT area is non-smoking. Smoking areas are available outside.

Surveillance

Where do we park our car?

The RESORT car park is parking 3. It is located at the entrance to the Pairi Daiza park and has a security barrier.

Can the animals be viewed at all times?

As in their natural environment the animals will follow their life rhythms and their daily life cycles. It is to be expected that at certain times, and at certain moments, they may prefer not to be observed by visitors.

Is the park monitored at night?

Yes, the Park as a whole and more specifically The Last Frontier and The Land of the Cold worlds are monitored by guards and night surveillance cameras. In cases of absolute necessity (health problem, malfunction of an accommodation facility) you can contact our reception 24 hours a day or by pressing the RECEPTION key on the phone in your accommodation.

Can we go for a walk at night in the Park?

For Resort residents evening and night-time access is permitted in The Last Frontier and The Land of Cold Worlds while respecting the tranquility of the residents. The rest of the Pairi Daiza Park is not accessible after the park has been closed to the general public.

Animals

Are animals visible all the time?

As in nature, animals will follow their rhythm of life and their daily cycle. It is normal that at certain times of the day, at certain times, they choose to hide from visitors.

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

No, pets are not allowed in the accommodation, or anywhere in the park.
