Discover the talents of dozens of artistic companies and more than 70 artists (as of 6pm) in one of 17 performance venues in the park, every “Estival”.

This summer, Pairi Daiza will host more than 350 artists during the Estivales nights 2017!

Come and be carried away by musical rhythms from around the world, surprised by the skills of our performers, delighted by humour and enchanted by the communion between man and nature.

Animals, the beautiful setting, astonishing performers… what more could you ask for? Well, yes, food and drink! During each Estival, Izba will be turned into a culinary embassy. An opportunity for your taste buds to discover new flavours (different menu every weekend depending on the Estival’s theme).

We can now unveil the 2017 Estivales programme! Below is a non-exhaustive list of the performers expected this summer at Pairi Daiza. The list will be supplemented regularly and the programme of every weekend will be unveiled at a later date.

Afrikän  Protoköl

Afrikän Protoköl is the Afro-groove sextet of Belgian saxophonist Guillaume Van Parys. Jazz riffs, groove and improvisations combine to create a warm and festive transcontinental fusion. Formed in Burkina Faso in 2013, the group is releasing its second album, Beyond the Grid, in 2017. With a Burkina Faso rhythmsection and Belgian wind section, Afrikän Protoköl puts on a colourful and lively show, with original and universal music.

Alice & Clément – Horseshow

“The horse is man’s noblest companion”... for Alicia and Clément, a horse is a man’s best friend, and it is thanks to this attitude filled with love and passion that they are able to share unique moments with their horses. They tackle the history of the horse through several disciplines that involve and respect the animal.



Indian duo BrahmaKhyapa are the couple Sanjoy and Malabika Bhattacherjee. Both were born in Kolkatta (Bengal, India), but they started out on very different paths. Sanjoy, son of a renowned Brahmin, was in a famous rock group in India. Malabika started out in popular music. Their love of Baul music brought them together more than 15 years ago, and since then, they have toured the world with their instruments.

Complètement Débulles

This performer artist will give you an earful while flooding you with poetic bubbles. He strolls around and fashions the creation of giant soap bubbles with a sense of taste and happiness. With a little luck, he will give you the pole and you will become the artist.

Dansez l’Inde.

Traditional Indian dance in all its glory.


The Kalinka Ensemble is a gypsy orchestra with an Eastern European repertoire (Russia, Hungary, Romania, the Balkans), but also play your favourite tunes gypsy-style. Virtuoso musicians largely from Hungary and Romania: go see them!


Five sparkling musicians propose a programme ranging from jazz to international variety. An itinerant programme featuring a huge variety of styles and quality musicians, who can play something for everyone ….oralmost! They sing in French, Dutch, English, Italian and Spanish …jazz, Latino, swing, musical ball or even disco …something for everyone. Don’t be shy, join them!

The Nerds

The Nerds is a cover brass band, explosive, groovy, punchy and much more. This four-piece (three wind instruments and a small mobile drum) sings covers in a "Pocket brass band" style (mini fanfare): from Britney Spears to Pharrell Williams, passing through the Rocky soundtrack. These four music Nerds put on aquirky show right out of left field.


Aurélie, Pauline, Jérémy. A trio: two soprano voices that intertwine with the accordion. Three music lovers, connected by their classical training, but also a common desire to think outside the box. Would you like to glide effortlessly from classical to pop, rock, folk, R&B, jazz...?

Rey Cabrera y sus Amigos

Rey Cabrera y sus Amigos, ambassadors of the beautiful Cuban music el son,invite you on an imaginary journey to the heart of Pairi Daiza! The band plays traditional Cuban music, and was formed in Santiago de Cuba byRey Cabrera, who has played the tres (instrument with 3x2 strings) since he was a child. He mixes his own compositions with a repertoire of songs that everyone knows. Vamos a bailar?

Marie Franquet and elephant-assisted therapy

A professional musician by training, passionate about the world of personal development and elephant-assisted therapy. Through experiences, training and the ups and downs of life, the idea came to her … immerse yourself in the spellbinding sounds of musical instruments, let them take you over, and pulsate with well-being, in the company of elephants.

Newton Lawrence and the smallest piano in the world

Newton Lawrence is more than just a pianist. He is above all an artist outside the norm. His credo: go beyond the limits to create encounters. His mini piano, the smallest in the world, is much more than a musical instrument.It is first and foremost a tool that he can use to smash social and cultural barriers.
